These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the Credit Counsel Elite text messaging program operated by Credit Counsel Elite, LLC ("Credit Counsel Elite," "we," "us"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Program name: Credit Counsel Elite Text Alerts. When you opt in on one of our booking pages or forms, we may send you text messages about your scheduled calls (confirmations and reminders), follow-ups after consultations, answers to your questions, customer care, and account, service, and program updates. If you separately agree to receive marketing texts, we may also send promotional messages, offers, and event updates.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box(es) on our booking page or form and submitting your mobile number. The consent boxes are optional and are not pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of booking a call.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, the number of appointments you book).
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, reply START or opt in again on our website.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the mobile number you provide.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
