Once you have between three and seven net 30 tradelines that are reporting to Dun and Bradstreet, you can move on to the following Tier 2 lenders. Again we are working to build up our business credit profile to go for larger credit lines and more Non-PG (personal guaranteed) credit down the road. If you are in a hurry to do this, you can get an aged shelf-corporation.

*Pro Tip: Shelf corporations are best sought after when an entity is aged to 2+ years, 4+ years, or 10+ years old which all serve as levels to internal bank rating benefits.

TO APPLY: Wawa has a universal fleet card by Wex with a NO PG option. These gas stations are for those on the east coast. They have a Net 22 option or an option for a revolving account. The Revolving account has a slightly more difficult approval but is not impossible, and the more tradelines already in place will put you in a more powerful position before applying. So make sure you build out your file nicely.

Lowes has a Corporate Card that reports to D&B and Experian with limits up to 5k for this initial card, and you must have three years in business before NO PG is required! It is a revolving account for big companies and a very useful tradeline for most companies, especially Real Estate or construction businesses.

15.) HD SUPPLY/Whitecap

Our next lender is Whitecap, formerly (HD supply; they both still exist but have split up under the same parent company). They will approve an account after the underwriting process with at least Three Tradeline references. I have gotten multiple companies approved for 10-15k lines. The approval is based on a construction job and is very useful for those in the real estate field or equivalent. The more you've spent with HomeDepot, the more they are willing to give in credit lines, and there are products and materials any business could use available at this store. Overall a great useful and easy card to get approved.

The Sunoco Corporate Card is a great NO PG Business Card. They report to all bureaus; D&B, Experian, and Equifax. You need to fill out an application and have a social media presence for your business listed and have 2-4 accounts reporting to these bureaus before applying.

Sunoco is a revolving account, and you can save 25 cents a gallon in the first two months with cards and no fees on the card.
