Marriott Express Check-in and Check-out
Now that we have talked about the Marriott Bonvoy discount codes (you can find that article HERE), where you can save a bundle at Marriott branded and sister brand hotels (such as Ritz Carlton, W, Sheraton, 4 Points, Fairfield, and more) worldwide with the use of a few different codes and most importantly, to get the Explore Authorization Form to get the steepest discounts up to 80 or 90% off!
The Authorization form is a business in itself; available where employees of the hotel chain have a certain number of forms that they can provide to friends and family. The form holders can then take advantage of the premium discounts for a whole calendar year. Some employees that have extra forms will be willing to “lease” a form if there is an exchange that is a win-win. Direct message me (Brandon) the words “Marriott Pass” on Instagram @BrandonElliottInvestments to receive the best rates if you are seriously inquiring.
Pro Tip: Sometimes, there are people on Linkedin that can be identified/approached that may be willing to help you obtain an Authorization form.
Keep in mind that you are going to have to renew this form on a regular basis with the person that you obtain it from or find another source. They generally only have a life of about 60-90 days before renewal is needed. Ranges for purchasing these forms are from $1,500 to $4,000, depending on the length of time you might be interested. Do the math; it might make sense for your travel needs as you’ll quickly save $1,000’s of dollars just on one stay.
I next want to introduce you to an option for Quick Express Check-in and Check-out. The reason that this can be beneficial is that you can utilize the same codes; however, you don’t have to use the forms to get the same pricing. This is a very powerful option but remember; you will want to pay close attention to how the hack works. The secret ingredient that makes this work is the express check-in and check-out option.
This works because it can get you into your room without having a physical door key or to have any interaction with the front desk; therefore you won’t need to show proof of any verified codes you used. Be aware that not all locations have this option; however, it is becoming more popular. As more and more hotels are renovated throughout the year, this option will become more prevalent at a significant number of Marriott properties worldwide.
The check-in is not as big of a deal; however, the check-out is the area that you need to be most concerned with. Nine times out of ten, when you are checking in, you will have to say something like, “my sister gave me the authorization form, and I, unfortunately, left the form on my desk at the house.” You can tell the desk associate that you can get them the form before you leave or during check-out at the very latest. Most of the people working there will be cool with it because they don’t want to inconvenience you when you are checking in. They want to get you to your room, make you a happy customer, and then move on to their next customer. However, they will expect you supply the form during your check-out.
At check-out, if you don’t have the proper form, then you will be charged the full rate for your entire stay at the hotel. Overall the goal is to make sure that you don’t see anyone at the desk during the check-out process. Instead, you will be using the “express check-out.”
Before booking, once you have picked a hotel that you are interested in, then you will want to look at the “Amenities” section:
You will confirm that they have the express check-in and, more importantly, check-out.
If you want to take advantage of this hack, any hotels that do not have this express check-out option must be ignored.
The best option is if you can get both of these (check-in and out) amenities. That way, you are not dealing with the front desk staff for your entire stay.
Make sure to check the amenities of the hotel, and you are good to go.
Best Of Luck Travel Hackers, and God Bless!!!!!
